Ling Zhengu
Chef Ling founded Stone Sal in Shanghai in 2017, earning Black Pearl Two Diamonds for four consecutive years (2020–2023) and Michelin Guide Shanghai recommendation since 2020. The restaurant has also won “Best Steakhouse in Greater China” from La Liste, “Restaurant of the Year” from Golden Phoenix, and numerous other accolades. In 2022, he expanded the brand to Shenzhen.
Known for relentless creativity, Chef Ling develops hundreds of new dishes each year. He has created exclusive menus for luxury brands including CELINE, Cartier, Porsche, Ferrari, and Moët Hennessy, and has been a guest chef at Wynn Palace Macau.
He is also the founder of HIK9 in Shanghai. His cooking is defined by world‑class ingredients, bold techniques, and a pursuit of dining experiences that feel “like touching the clouds.”
