Chef Ramses Navarro began his career in Mexico City in 2011, rising to Executive Chef within two years. In 2015, he moved to France, refining his craft alongside Bocuse d’Or winner Nicolas Davouze, two‑Michelin‑star chef Stéphane Raimbault, MOF Alain Montigny, and legendary chef Pierre Gagnaire.

In 2020, he earned his first Michelin star at Le Moulin de l’Abbaye in Périgord. Now based in Shanghai, he leads a one‑Michelin‑starred restaurant.

An art lover at heart, Ramses creates visually striking, flavorful dishes—bold and innovative, yet faithful to fine ingredients and French tradition.
