Restaurant Da Vittorio
Da Vittorio Shanghai was the first restaurant opened by the legendary Cerea family outside Europe. Since its debut in 2019, it has held two Michelin stars and earned a reputation as one of China’s most celebrated Italian dining destinations. Perched in the Bund Finance Center with sweeping views of the Huangpu River, the restaurant balances understated elegance with Italian warmth.
Since July 2025, Executive Chef Leonardo Zambrino—who trained at the family’s three-Michelin-starred flagship in Bergamo—has led the kitchen, continuing the Cerea tradition of seafood-driven Italian cooking while incorporating local Chinese ingredients with creativity and restraint. Signature dishes include the iconic Paccheri alla Vittorio, Egg à la Egg with caviar, and a local reinterpretation of fish maw pasta. The wine cellar holds over 700 labels with a strong focus on Italy’s finest producers.
The Restaurant has been consistently recognised by Michelin, Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants, GreatList Guide and the Black Pearl guide, and remains one of the city’s most coveted tables for special occasions and seasonal festivals such as the annual white truffle season.
