Cafe Goodman

Goodman is Shanghai’s first dedicated smash burger spot, founded by the team behind Yaya’s and Bastard. Born from a pop-up called Two Guys Burger at Feast 2023, it now has a permanent home on Xiangyang Bei Lu.

The star is the Classic Smash: a custom blend of USDA Prime brisket and chuck, smashed thin on a hot griddle for crispy, lacy edges. The build is simple—toasted milk bun, American cheese, house pickles, raw onions, ketchup, mustard. For non-beef options, the Falafel Smash is a standout, with tahini, zhoug, and pickled chillies.
