Shop Yi Gui He

This iconic noodle house, founded 17 years ago, is dedicated to preserving the flavors of a bygone era—starting with its legendary Yangchun noodles. A large photo of a steaming bowl hangs on the wall, vintage Shanghai music plays softly, and the result is a dish so pure and flavorful that it has become the taste of memory for generations of locals.
The shop is famously no-frills and authentic. Located on an inconspicuous street, it’s always crowded at mealtimes.
