Restaurant Fu He Hui
Tucked away on a quiet stretch of Yuyuan Road, Fu He Hui is a sanctuary of Zen-inspired serenity and one of China's most celebrated vegetarian restaurants. Since its promotion in 2024, it has held two Michelin stars and is widely regarded as the benchmark for elegant plant-based dining in the country.
Fu He Hui embraces a philosophy that vegetarianism is not simply about food but a way of life. The restaurant does not attempt to mimic meat; instead, it seeks to elevate the pure, original flavors of seasonal vegetables, mushrooms, and foraged ingredients, sourced from regional farming communities across China.
The menu is strictly seasonal, changing quarterly to reflect the freshest local produce. Only set menus are served—offered in three tiers and typically spanning 11 courses, each highlighting a single vegetable, fruit, or flower.
