Bar COA
COA is the Shanghai outpost of the legendary Hong Kong bar that made history as the first bar to win Asia’s 50 Best Bars three consecutive years (2021–2023). Founded by bartender Jay Khan, the bar is dedicated to agave spirits—tequila, mezcal, raicilla, and beyond—and has played a pivotal role in introducing Chinese drinkers to the depth of Mexican distillation.
COA does not take reservations—arrive early to secure a spot.
