Yong Fu
Chef Xu Kunlei has over two decades of experience in Ningbo cuisine. He honed his craft at prestigious venues including the Ningbo State Guesthouse and Nan Yuan Hotel, one of Ningbo’s earliest five‑star hotels, and served at the Chinese Embassy in Oman in 2000.
Since the inception of Yong Fu, he has served as Executive Chef, leading the kitchen to become one of Shanghai’s most acclaimed Ningbo cuisine restaurants. His culinary excellence has been showcased at events including the Shanghai Michelin Guide Star Revelation Gala (2019), the Hangzhou Michelin Guide Launch Banquet (2024), and the annual Yong Fu Banquet.
