主厨Jun Nishiyama于17岁时在新加坡的Tippling Club(亚洲50强)开始了他的职业生涯,七年来从实习生升至副主厨。 然后,他在哥本哈根的天竺葵(米其林三星,世界50强第一)上演,然后从2017年到2023年加入上海的紫外线(米其林三星)担任高级厨师长。

后来,他开设了Sage Gastro担任行政总厨,并推出了东南亚餐厅Rambu,汇集了新加坡,哥本哈根和上海的影响。
